We recently installed a Solar and Battery system in Willetton for our customer, Prit. The 13.2kW of Jinko solar panels are connected to a 10kW Sungrow Hybrid inverter and 9.6kWh Sungrow battery.
Prit wanted to use his North-facing roof to maximize Winter solar generation. But, being street-facing, he also didn’t want the installation to be an eye-sore. Fortunately, he came to the right place.
The all-black Jinko Tiger Neo solar panels combined with Clenergy all-black mounting look immaculate on the dark grey roof. Prit is now the proud owner of the best-looking solar in the neighbourhood.
This Solar & Battery installation in Willetton can produce an average of 53 kWh per day. To make the most of all that solar energy, we also installed a Zappi EV Charger which has the smarts to dynamically adjust EV charging speed to match excess solar availability.

Total Energy Used = 20,392 kWh
Energy purchased from the grid = 6,179 kWh
Energy provided by Solar & Battery = 14,213 kWh (69% self-sufficient)
= $4,488 savings from avoided energy costs!
While Prit isn’t 100% self-sufficient yet, fortunately his 9.6kWh Sungrow battery can be expanded up to 25.6kWh by simply adding extra battery modules to the stack.
