Who installs my system?
Your system is installed by our accredited installers and signed off to Positive Energy’s completion standards. We manage the whole process — design, installation and aftercare — and stay your single point of contact throughout.
What does the warranty cover?
Every system comes with a 10-year installation workmanship warranty, plus manufacturer warranties on the equipment, with Positive Energy as your single point of contact.
Can I visit the showroom?
Yes. Our Osborne Park showroom is open Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 4:00pm, and you are welcome to walk through real systems.
Why do you install SunPower panels?
For new solar we fit one premium panel chosen for quality and long-term performance, which keeps the choice simple and the standard high. Existing solar being upgraded keeps its panels while we add the battery.
What aftercare is included?
Positive Energy Protection is included on every system: an in-house service team plus Omnidian 24/7 monitoring and Perth-based field support.
