MYEnergi

MyEnergi was established in 2014 and is headquartered in the United Kingdom. They specialise in creating and developing smart energy solutions for homes.

Their most popular product is the Zappi EV Charger.

Zappi EV Charger

The Zappi is available in a 7kW and 22kW version, it is both an intelligent smart EV charger and can also used as a fast charger. Designed to charge your electric vehicle in the most efficient and cost effective way.

The 7kW is suitable for single phase properties or for cars with a maximum 7kW charge speed. The 22kW is suitable for three phase properties or cars with a faster charging speed.

The Zappi can also be paired with the MyEnergi Hub and MyEnergi Harvi. The Hub is a device that is used to control, monitor and optimise the Zappi. The Harvi is a device used to wirelessly communicate information, which is important when a home battery is installed.

Zappi EV Charger and Solar

For customers with solar already installed the Zappi in ECO+ allows users to charge their vehicles from solar energy only using spare solar power that is usually exported to the grid.

In eco mode the Zappi EV charger uses a mixture of both solar power and grid power. This allows some imported grid power if not enough excess power is available. A maximum import limit can be set.

Time of Use and Dynamic load balancing

At other times “Time Of Use” tariffs can be utilised for example the Synergy EV tariff. Users can set the boost timer to start and finish charging your car during these hours. With Synergy the “Super Off Peak” is from 9AM to 3PM at 8.8520c a unit (Synergy, 1 July 2026).

The Zappi EV Charger also includes dynamic load balancing. In short this factors in the greatest capacity a property can handle. It prevents appliances from tripping while charging your car to its maximum capacity.

We installed 15.8kwh Sunpower P7 panel with 15kwh Sigenergy Inverter and 32kwh Sigenergy battery with home gateway and also Sigenergy EV charger to future proof our house and less reliance on grid. So far system work well with 98.5% utilisation. After cosnultation with Maya from the sales team in December 2025 we go ahead and book our install in March 2026. Come installation day. Hiroshi and the team came on time with everything ready with the plan and confirmation with my self to choose the best location of all the gear.

Within less than 2 days everything installed and commissioned smoothly with no mess left behind. With this kind of install basically i am a very happy customer and would highly recommend the company based on my experience. We would like to give a big thank you to Louis and the team at Positive Energy Solutions for the excellent Fronius solar system they installed for us.

We were so pleased with the solar panels and hybrid inverter they installed for us when our home was getting built two years ago, that when it came to getting a battery it was a no brainer to go with Positive Energy again.

We had done our own research into which battery to get and Louis’s knowledge and honesty made it an easy decision. We also invested in the whole house back up system. We had the battery installed on 18 November 2025.

The workmanship was excellent and the job was done neatly and with no mess left behind. We have no hesitation in recommending Positive Energy and are so happy with the system we chose.

Update - 24/04/26 we had an issue with our battery charger not connecting to the internet so rang Positive Energy service for assistance. We spoke to Zeb who was very helpful and efficient and resolved our matter really quickly, so thank you and a big shout out to you for brilliant service as well as quality products. We couldn’t be happier with our Positive Energy solar system and service!

The sales and quoting process was really good. The information given was clear and concise with substantial supporting information such that I felt like I was making an informed decision, not receiving a sales pitch. Tom was particularly helpful - taking time to talk through our concerns and questions as well as working with me to ensure that I would financially benefit from the addition of a battery.
Installation was excellent. The installer Ladell and his assistant turned up exactly when they said they would, cracked on and just got it done.

It was a very neat install complete with bollards to protect the battery (it's in my carport).
Customer service was thorough and appropriate. I've had several follow up emails and message confirming payment, the manual and also a snapshot of our power efficiency with the battery online. Also some advice on how to reduce our enerfgy bill further.
Overall this is as good an experience as I have had with renovations and upgrades. Everything was clear, well presented, timely and professional.
